Kokie Sparkler Send Off
Kokie Sparkler Send Off has an ultra fine gold shimmer with soft champagne pink hex glitter that you can wear as a topper but it does build up beautifully all on it's own. The formula has a smooth, easy to apply consistency. It needs three coats for opacity and each layer just adds to the depth. I have collected several bottles of these types of polishes over the years and I really do have a sweet spot for them because they always make me think of dragon scales. I believe this is the first one that I have come across with these soft gorgeous pink glitters. Dragon scale encrusted nails are pretty awesome, very steampunk if you ask me. It really made me happy when I realized how flat these glitters lay on my nails and a single coat of top coat was enough to give me smooth nails, not once did a glitter lift and snag on anything! Removal was ... well it's a glitter so let's not pretend it's anything else. You will need a minute of patience but it's mostly painless. A little bowl of acetone and an old makeup brush helped me scrub my nails clean in no time. The founder and CEO of Sinful Colors which is now owned by Revlon, Chris Chon, has founded a new brand of nail polish and cosmetics, Kokie Cosmetics. He has a team with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry behind him and in every bottle of polish I have tried so far, those years of experience have been apparent. The colors are beautiful. Anyone can see that, but what I am the most impressed with so far is that it is clear that they have taken that experience and knowledge and applied it to Kokie Cosmetics. The formulas have applied incredibly well and that is such an important thing. Every time I pick up a new bottle to play with I thoroughly enjoy myself and end up with some pretty awesome nails.
