NYC Red Velvet Ropes remind me of Gala Events where they roll out the red carpets with all the lights and cameras the glitz and the glamour. Trust me when I say that If you are wearing NYC Red Velvet Rope you are definitely going to make an entrance! What girl doesn't love a good red nail polish. It's bold, sexy and feminine all in one tiny little bottle. Red Velvet Rope is an orange leaning red that I found very attractive. I tend to choose reds that pull more towards the blues, so it was a nice change to an old favorite color. The formula was a bit of a surprise to me. I was expecting a cream and I got a jelly, almost a crelly but now quite. It was so smooth and easy the brush gliding effortlessly across my nails and after 3 coats not one bubble or streak! It is a touch on the thin side so be mindful of that when applying but I think its safe to say that NYC has done it again with another great polish!
