I do not own a lot of pastel polishes but lately I have been really drawn to them so I've been looking to add a few to my collection. I found Maybelline Green With Envy just last weekend and thought I would give it a shot. I have been quite happy with my experiences with the Color Show line of polishes so far and was hoping that Green With Envy would follow suit. The formula was smooth so application was easy. The first coat was a bit streaky but the pigmentation was nice and even by the second coat. The formula dries down to a semi matte finish. I really thought I would need three coats for coverage but I am showing you just two coats with top coat. I really am enjoying this color though I am not sure if I can handle it for more than a few days. It's a pastel sage that certainly is fitting for the season. Mr. Nailvanna called it hospital green...I do not agree one bit but felt I should mention it. Not like he is planing on wearing it! whether you love this color or not, I cannot say enough good things about the Maybelline polishes I have tried so far. Maybe I have been lucky, maybe they really have created something noteworthy. I'm going to keep purchasing them whenever a color I fancy catches my eye and keep posting it.
