A England Spirit of the Moors from the Emily Bronte collection is a bright and rich blue filled with holographic particles too fine to be called glitter. The formula was smooth and just amazing. I have yet to come across a polish from A England that was anything less than superb. I don't know how she does it but I am very grateful that she does! I am showing you two coats with top coat.
I could not wait to get a look at this baby in the sun. A England described it as a "bright blue holo revealing at times tiny surprising green lights" I took this with my cell phone the second the sun broke through the clouds. It's regal and beautiful and perfect. I just love it!
