Twinkle Twinkle little star now I wonder how many there are...
Color Club Wink, Wink, Twinkle Color Club Wink, Wink, Twinkle is very pretty. It is a fuchsia jelly base filled with holographic glitter that somehow loses it's bling power in the application process. I had expected this, as the other colors from this collection were the same but this one seems to have a bit more sparkle. I feel a bit conflicted because I'm not saying great things about this polish but when I look down at my nails it makes me happy. This combination of trick

Essential Essie!
Essie Lapiz of Luxury According to Essie you should wear Lapiz of Luxury any time you would like to escape to dreamy ocean blue bliss. I would not call this color ocean blue but maybe I didn't have enough beach side margaritas. I see this as an absolutely gorgeous cornflower blue that I cannot get enough of. It's another gem that I received as part of my Mother's Day gift. When I first put it on I had to give Mr. Nailvanna a smooch for picking out something this pretty! The f

Timeless Beauty!
OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls I started out tonight with one of my go to base colors when it comes to playing around, OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls. At first glance you may mistake this creme polish for a white but it is a very light grey. The formula is a touch on the runny side but since it levels fabulously you should not have any issues with it. The biggest problem you may have is finding it. It was released in 2012 as part of The Amazing Spider-man Collection and has bec

This Polish Gets My Stamp Of Approval!
Sally Hansen Plummet Sally Hansen Plummet is a deep purple creme that I picked up because I wanted to try stamping with it. I tend to be a bit of a purist at times when it comes to nail color but once in a while I go on a kick where I want to play. I have several bottles of the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri line and I find that they tend to be very pigmented and work well for stamping. Usually polishes that are sold specifically for the purpose of stamping tend to be a bit pricey. F

Just Click You're Heels Together Three Times!
China Glaze Ruby Pumps Is there anything more fun than a super sparkly red polish on your nails? Maybe having super sparkly red polish on your toes as well! China Glaze Ruby Pumps has been around for a long time and is part of the China Glaze core line up so you can go and pick it up any time you want to if you don't have this gem already. I have a bit of a weakness for the Wizard of Oz themed polishes because it is one of my favorite stories. My grade school BFF and I were

Bluebird
Barielle Slate Of Affairs Today I decided to pull out one of my favorites. Barielle Slate Of Affairs. It's a beautiful calm slate blue that has a subtle shimmer that's only visible when the light is right. I have had this in my collection for quite some time and have worn it over and over again and I have never gotten tired of it. The formula is a bit on the thin side so it does take three coats to reach the desired opacity but it's an easy application. I always apply top coa

Pumpkin Spice Latte!
OPI It's A Piazza Cake I would never call persimmon my favorite color... ever! I will however try anything once, twice if I like it, three times to make sure. That's what happened here. I did not choose this color of my own accord. OPI It's A Piazza Cake caught Mr. Nailvanna's attention and since he is very supportive about my little nail polish habit the least I can do is play nice. Even if I had to grit my teeth. I found the formula to be very good. OPI has creating creme

Completely Distracted! and I Love It!
Gothic Gala Distraction Today I was having one of those day where I was did not have anything specific in mind that I wanted to wear so I chose Gothic Gala Distraction because it's another one of those polishes that I had been wanting to wear! My first impression left me feeling that the formula was a touch on the thick side but only a touch, kind of like a jelly polish. I had no issues at all with the application and found it self leveled like a dream! Two coats were needed

"Dazzlingly Marvelous! Perfect! Flawless! Staggering!" exclaimed Bilbo aloud,
Finger Paints Copy Cat Finger Paints Copy Cat is one polish that you are going to either love or hate. Not too many people find themselves sitting on the fence because it is quite loud. I love this one to bits but my crazy glitter loving side could have it no other way. I am pretty sure I own a dupe for this but stay tuned for that because it's coming in the very near future. Silver and gold shimmer and silver hex glitter is what this baby is made of. The formula has a go

Taking The World By Storm!
Zoya Storm I know I'm getting ahead of myself with the fall colors but it can't be helped. I love dark colors and my nail polish reflects that quite often. Zoya Storm is black, filled with scattered holographic glitter. Indoors the glitter appears mostly silver but when the light hits it just right it is simply to die for. This is one of my favorite black polishes and one of the few that I already have a back up bottle for. The formula has a nice consistency that's easy to ma
